Hook: Billy willy wa jilly the guy who plays that darn filly who just trying to understand the world so we just act all silly. Tilly ma nilly ba illy ja yilly as we making up these words just to find peace in our feelings.
Billy is just like us.
He screams and fuss.
Billy just want to be heard and to never cuss.
Nobody wants to pay attention so he acts out.
That didn't work so he screams and shout.
All Billy wants is for somebody to say that he is loved.
To be offered a letter/card from a dove.
But instead Billy just sits in class and looks at his watch.
He walks weird in a way so he doesn't get laughed at as he botch.

Billy is getting older and is now a statistic.
Did he take the good with bad? Let's be realistic.
Everything nowadays is just so flipping secretive.
But who really cares if you are really lucrative?
But little old Billy is still playing his fiddle.
Write down his pain in his songs as he sings his riddle.
We may never understand why he is the way that he is.
Billy doesn't care. He just wants to be treated like with care like everyone else kid.
